2D animated ads and whiteboard explainers

Not every product needs a 3D render. A flat 2D scene or a whiteboard sketch is quicker to make, quicker to change, and sometimes clearer. Clevient makes 2D animated ads and whiteboard explainers from your script.

Where 2D wins

Apps and software, where animated scenes mix with real screen recordings. Services and B2B, where the product is a process. Planners, calendars and education products. Anything with steps, lists or comparisons. And any account that needs to test a new angle fast: 2D is the quickest way to find out if an idea works before you spend on 3D.

Looks we offer

  • Flat vector. Clean shapes, bold colours, the classic explainer look.
  • Hand-drawn line. Looser, more personal.
  • Whiteboard. A marker hand drawing the story as the voiceover runs.
  • Motion graphics. App screens, numbers and text on the move, often mixed with an AI presenter.

What you send

The script, screen recordings if it's an app, brand assets, and the language the ad should be in. On-screen text and voiceover are produced in that language, so a German ad is German everywhere, not just in the audio.

FAQ

Questions about this style

Can you mix real screen recordings into the animation?

Yes. Send them and we cut them in with the animated scenes and the voiceover.

Whiteboard or 2D?

Whiteboard is a sketch reveal, good for a story told in steps. 2D is full-colour scenes, better for a product with a look. We can show you both for the same script.

Can it be fully in German or Dutch?

Yes. Every piece of text and the voiceover, in the language of the script.
